I have a very cool job as a staff assistant of an academic journal. One of my very cool tasks is to archive the back issues of the journal, and when I said back issues I mean baaaaack like 1989-back. Yea, I have to scan every issue of the journal published from 1989 to 2012, from the first issue to the last one. So, hours of dedication to my work- read: scanning hundreds or maybe thousands pages of the journals- that I've spent trigger the genius inside me- read: the boredom inside me- to invent these artsy oh so artsy errr... can I say artworks? I call this series as "1994, revisited". Imagine, somewhere in 1994, somebody wrote the article wholeheartedly and years after that somebody- read: me- is reading it- read: scanning it- wholeheartedly.
